|Recommended: YesNot too bad for the price. — It’s alright for the most part. It was all I could afford for now. If I didn’t have plans to move and maybe had to stay though, I definitely wouldn’t of been able to, due to the rent increase. Things should be remodeled and updated to make the increase more worth it.

|Recommended: YesQuality — This is the place to live if you don’t want to deal with bug infestations and want to interact with the friendliest accommodating staff there is. I’m not trying to place such pressure or expectations on them , BUT in the summer , if you step foot in that office, you will guaranteed be offered some ice cold water haha the units are impressively insulated so you’re not wasting money cooling heating your place. I highly recommend this place

|Recommended: YesGood Apartment, Great Price — We were very happy living here for 12 months. Maintenance was timely, office staff was helpful, and we really liked the location. The pool is fun, and sometimes there are community gatherings, like pizza or popsicles. The park is nice for kids. Biggest downside is the lack of in-unit laundry. Paying per load gets very expensive, and there are no tables or air conditioners in the laundry areas. Also, people don't pick up their dog poop, so my husband's shoes didn't stay very clean... Other than that, we are glad we lived here

|Recommended: YesNice place to live, could use updating — I have enjoyed my experience here so far. The staff and maintenance are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you happy. Some neighbors can be a little loud but overall is a quiet, friendly place. The apartments are older and would be perfect if updated with new appliances and bathroom counters and toilets. For the price, it is a great place.

|Recommended: NoHorrible Management — One of the cheapest places around, but you get what you pay for, which isn’t saying much. Only good thing about the complex is the maintenance guys. When something was broken, they would come fix it in a timely matter. However, they couldn’t replace things due to budgets. So you were getting things from empty apartments that no one else was using. The manger does not care to be helpful or friendly. She is only in it for the money. We have had our cars broken into multiple times with nothing being done. Over 200 worth of clothes stolen from the laundry mat. The previous renter, painted all the counter tops a hideous blue color. We were told that these would be redone in the 2-3 first weeks. About 3-4 months into living there we finally got our bathroom countertops redone. We have lived there for a year now and our kitchen countertops still have not been touched. I can not wait for our lease to be up. We will never be returning or extending our lease.

|Recommended: YesVery nice and staff is great — I lover it here. The staff is great and always have a smile on they're face when you walk into the office. Staff has bent over backwards to help me. Maintenance men are great and work hard to get the only problem I had fixed in record time. The grass is always mowed and has been no trash on the grounds that I have seen. My neighbors are always respectful and keep the noise down. If I had any complaints or negative thing to say is that the parking lot floods when it rain very much and the parking spots are a little small. But I have and still will recommend any of my friends that are looking for a place.

|Recommended: YesAmazing people and place to live — I'm new to Country Creek but I LOVE living here. Staff is amazing Always willing to help in any way they can. Such sweet ladies that work in the office. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. I have no complaints.
The only thing I will add, which isn't a complaint, just wanting you guys aware of it. The neighbor that lives in front of me, I know she has a son who is disabled but they are always screaming over there. I have never talked to or met them but from hearing them yell I know the young boy's name is Damien. And he on numerous times has attempted to open my door and knocks on it. I at all times have to leave my door locked, even if I'm running right outside b c I don' know if he will try coming in or not. Also, once when I just moved in, he was standing outside my bedroom window looking in when we were getting this situated. Again, I'm not wanting to complain just wanting you guys aware of it is all.

|Recommended: YesIt Needs Work With Maitainance to make it look appealing. — The first time I saw the place I thought it would be a great place to live at I lived in this place for more than, 8 months, and everything is the same. management doesn't really care about the place. they allow more than cars allowed in the parking spaces, I have to park a in a whole different unit, instead of close by. I plan to move my lease somewhere else as this place doesn't feel safe for me.
