|Recommended: YesBest place for first time renters — The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating for what you need. I was out of state and needed to tour the complex and they facetimed me to show me my apartment. You could feel that they want you to live there and care about you.

|Recommended: NoPoor Management — The front office does not keep the back side of the property up. There is dog crap everywhere. People leave trash all around the dumpster. I requested my closet door be put back in when I moved in because the previous tenant had it removed it’s been 7 months and they have yet to put it in. Siding is falling off some of the buildings. I was told I could not move in because the apartment was being cleaned, but when I did move into the apartment the carpet was dirty, cabinets were covered in grease, the electricity was out in the bathroom for an entire weekend.

I have money issues with them and yes they have compensated me for it, but it's not worth the hassle or stress.
I feel as though what I'm living in does not equal up to what I'm paying for.

|Recommended: YesIts definitely in a good and material wise in a perfect spot. — Walmart right across the way the small plaza next door is awesome. Quite and comfortable living, and the app is very helpful
